In September 2018, Dr. Thompson visited our class and taught us about his sustainable farm. He talked about how he has a herd of bison on his farm. To keep the bison on the farm he has an electrical fence surrounding it. As the bison graze the land and move from area to area, they help to restore the soil and native grasses.
